Social Housing Heating Upgrade

This social housing project focused on upgrading homes that were previously reliant on solid fuel to a more modern and manageable heating solution. The project was designed with vulnerable residents in mind, helping to improve day-to-day comfort, convenience and energy control.

As part of the upgrade, Global Energy Systems provided a heating solution with bespoke metering and controls, allowing residents and housing providers to better manage energy use. The estimated annual running cost was approximately £500–£600, offering a practical and efficient alternative to the previous solid-fuel heating setup.
