RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Global Energy Systems. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return & Refund Eligibility

Our returns and refunds policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items not in their original condition, or that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

RETURNS

To initiate a return, please contact Global Energy Systems at 03333 444 414 or email enquiries@globalenergysystems.co.uk to request a Product Return Form.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund.
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email enquiries@globalenergysystems.co.uk. A member of our team will provide you with the returns address and further instructions.

Please note that shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued via the original method of payment.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay.

If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at enquiries@globalenergysystems.co.uk.


SALE ITEMS

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
